How does it work?
  • 1
    Store signup and system access
    After signing up in the store and choosing a plan, the user opens the system and starts a new job as Client or Contractor.
  • 2
    Sending an invite to the other party
    After choosing a role on the job (Contractor or Client), the user sends an invite to the other party, who fills in their details.
  • 3
    Job planning
    The Contractor user adds Stages and task cards with status Planned.
  • 4
    Job execution and RDO (PDF) generation
    When work starts, the Contractor user sets task cards to In Progress. They receive comments, crew and machines, generating and signing RDOs in PDF every day.

    The Client comments and signs the RDO (PDF)
    The Client user opens the system, comments and signs the RDO PDF, closing the daily cycle.
