The Store is where the user signs up and chooses a subscription plan. That signup collects individual and company details. The System is where you enter jobs, stages, tasks, crew and equipment. In the System the user adds daily information such as task comments, quantities for measurements and photos — and generates the daily construction report.

The System requires individual and company data. For the individual it requires SSN, name, full address, mobile phone, date of birth, role and access profile — those are used to sign in. For the company it requires EIN, legal name, trade name and full address. Company data is used for invoicing.

Before adding stages and tasks (step 4, plan the job) you must open the job with its details (step 3). The system then goes to the jobs home, with a card showing the job name and your profile (Contractor or Client). Opening the job shows stages and tasks still empty on first access. Before adding stages and tasks (step 4, plan the job) you must open the job (step 3) and choose Contractor or Client. After that, only the Contractor profile can plan the job. The Client does not plan: they follow, comment and sign the PDF daily log. Task cards have 05 (five) statuses and colors: 1) Planned (gray) 2) In progress (blue) 3) Paused (yellow) 4) Completed (green) 5) Canceled (red). A card can change status several times in one day, but the card shows the last one. Example: planned (gray); started at 8 a.m. (in progress, blue); paused at noon with another measurement (yellow); after lunch back to blue; completed at the end of the day (green). Electronic signature happens after the user signs into the System with their profile (Client or Contractor), SSN and password. After the Contractor clicks the signature button to generate the PDF daily log and the Client signs, a PDF is created with the daily report. User details are printed in the footer, in the signature area (Contractor and Client). If the PDF was not signed, those fields do not appear. Contact us for pricing on certified signatures.

Both Contractor and Client can add, edit, delete and view their equipment in RDO App. Only the Contractor can place equipment on tasks and measurements. To customize profile permissions, contact us.
